Elevates quality of life and local economic stability
Ongoing therapy helps people keep their jobs, become better parents, and get more involved in social and community activities
Strengthens Montana's care and health continuum
Outpatient therapy has been identified as a core service by the Montana Behavioral Health Commission (BHSFG) partially because it's been proven to increase improvement with housing, school, work, relationships, and physical health. Success in these areas leads to success in the community
Individual Therapy with Sage is the choice for people navigating through daunting challenges of life—stress, grief, trauma, uncertainty, personal identity, relationship strain, or just feeling stuck and overwhelmed. Sessions are rooted in evidence-based practices that help people build emotional resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and develop skills to manage their unique needs and priorities with a new sense of confidence and clarity.
Sometimes called “outpatient therapy,” this service is flexible and accessible—available both in-person and virtually—making it a strong fit for individuals without the need for a higher level of clinical intervention. Rather than just targeting symptoms, therapy with Sage is focused on understanding what matters to each person, identifying barriers, and working toward a more fulfilling way of living.
We support mental wellness across all ages and walks of life—from young adults to working parents, caregivers to retirees—offering the appropriate, unique tools to sustain personal well-being that contribute to a stronger, more connected community.
